With an extensive background in multiple types of writing, I am always keen to stretch my skills and abilities beyond the forms that I’m used to.

Having written from a young age, it was no surprise to me or my family that I wanted to stretch myself with articles and journalism. I have written news articles and comment pieces for publications including the Guardian, the Wellcome Collection, Novara Media, Red Pepper and others.

My first proper publication, Shield will be published in Jan 2021 by Verve Press. Prior to this, I have had individual poems published in publications including Magma and the Rialto

With a significant interest in scriptwriting, reading, and editing, I have worked for organisations including Netflix on the upcoming KAOS. I am currently also developing my own original projects.

I wrote When We Got Sick for Graeae in spring 2020. It was a monologue read by Simon Startin, directed by Nickie Miles-Wildin, and introduced by Jack Thorne.

I also wrote the full script for NOT DYING, my solo show, which premiered in 2019
