Training
I deliver bespoke, engaging training that helps organisations build genuinely accessible, inclusive and sustainable practices. My work is grounded in lived experience and goes beyond awareness-raising to equip teams with the tools, confidence and understanding they need to embed access and equity into their everyday work. This training can be delivered at any level of the organisation, whether focusing on accessible communications or organisational strategy.

Consultancy
I provide strategic, access-centred support that moves organisations beyond basic compliance with equalities legislation towards meaningful inclusion for employees and service users. I work collaboratively to review policies, services and culture, helping you centre accessibility at every level and create lasting, systemic change.

Human Resources
Specialising in Human Resources and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, I work with organisations both proactively to improve how they work with diverse and especially disabled staff through working on reasonable adjustments, absence, and competency policies, and reactively where there are challenges with individual disabled staff that require disability-aware HR expertise to resolve.
I have completed a Level 7 in Strategic People Management with the CIPD to support this work.
